Change of Mind

Please use the subject "CANCEL ORDER + #your order number".

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, granting you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be unworn or unused.
  • All tags must be intact.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment. 
You will need to send the product to the address that we will send you by email.

Shipping

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are issued a refund, the return shipping expenses will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For added security, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, kindly contact us by email immediately. This allows us to evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.

Lost or Stolen Orders

DisAbility Toys and Tools Store holds no liability for items confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier but subsequently reported as lost or stolen. Regrettably, we are unable to reimburse or replace orders under such circumstances.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to secure the item you desire is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
